Canadian born artist, Terry Leonard grew up on the west coast of Canada, mainly in New Westminster. He resides in Radium Hot Springs, British Columbia where he is active in the art community. He was president of the Federation of Canadian Artists – Fraser Valley Chapter (2009-2013) and has been a member of a number artists organizations. He established Wheels in Art in 2015.
Terry’s artistic endeavours stretch back to high school when he was exposed to graphic arts and printmaking in his early teens and created his first T-Shirt business at the age of 16. His passion for expressing himself through art continues to grow as he explores multiple mediums including acrylics, graphite and ink. Over the years, Terry has continued to push himself, learning new things from skilled teachers, artists and industry professionals. Through Art and creativity, Terry has found a comfortable place in the world.
During his time as an Actor and Graphic Artist with local community Theatre groups, Terry won awards for Graphic Design from both Theatre BC and the Community Theatre Coalition.
